P.F. Chang's in Colorado

"I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s! The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. One of the biggest highlights was their happy hour drinks, which were only $5—some of the best-priced I’ve seen. Food-wise, the hot and sour soup was a standout—perfectly balanced flavors and just the right amount of sour. The pork dumplings (pan-seared) were my favorite dish, served with an addictive chili crunch sauce that I couldn't get enough of. The only slight letdown was the lettuce wraps—they were decent, but I remember them having more flavor in the past. The sauce was a bit too tangy for my taste. They also had a lot of green onions l, which aren't my favorite, but could be yours. Overall, a great dining experience with amazing service, great drinks, and some truly delicious dishes. I’ll definitely be back!"

"We love this place! The food was amazing, and the portions are so large that we’ll be enjoying leftovers tomorrow, too. "The bartender crew here is legit and have always taken care of us so well. We usually eat at the bar, but the tables and service have always been great when the occasion hits. Food is great and on the occasion something’s is not, Eddie and team have always made everything right with a customer first mindset. Do recommend reservations on busy times. We have a gluten green dairy free and they do a good job accommodating allergies. Chang’s spicy chicken gluten free dairy free is perfect! For me the shrimp dumplings and sea bass are the go to but they do take it off the menu from time to time but that’s on Chang’s corporate. Corporate needs to wake up and listen to customers more and to people like the staff at this exceptional location."

"I knew our waiter (can't remember his name but he had long black hair and a long beard too) was attentive and was going to get a larger tip when a minute after he took our order, someone came out with steamed dumplings and he (waiter) instantly said that we ordered pan-fried dumplings and it was impossible our order was ready anyway since he (waiter) put in our order like 40 seconds ago! Our waiter was very nice to my kids too, especially when the older one asked if there was any sugar free drinks. He kindly let her know there wasn't any sugar free drinks and offered her a strawberry lemonade, which had less sugar than anything else. She ordered a sushi roll with eel sauce on it too but asked for it on the side since she'd never had eel sauce before. Turns out, she loved the eel sauce! We also got their classic lettuce wraps and we used the sauce from the dumplings with the lettuce wraps, which added a whole new level of flavor to them compared to the sauce that comes with the lettuce wraps! I loved the miso salmon with mushrooms, broccoli, and spinach! I got lo mein with them too!"

"The food was good and the staff was friendly. Once we were seated, the food came out pretty quickly, which was nice. The only downside was the wait to get a table. Even though the restaurant was about 70% empty when I arrived, it still took a while to be seated and the same thing happened to people who came in after me. I think the seating process could be a bit more efficient. Overall, a good dining experience with room for improvement on the front-of-house flow."

"This place is Amazing! Staff (Juan, Alden,Eddie, and Abril) all caring folks. You must try this holiday season. They have pretty decorations feels cozy!! Food was SOOOO good. It’s a breath of fresh air to see a place with such sweet staff. from the front door-to the kitchen."

"We had a great time. We had a nice booth for the four of us facing the fireplace. We started with fried green beans (amazing) and some dynamite shrimp ( super good). Then we did the 3 course special. The food was great but the service really set the experience apart. Our server Ye was super professional and always showed up right when we needed him. Great timing and interactions. We saw the manager walking around too. All in all a great Saturday night. Thank you"
